Hello LMS Students!  


Sometimes, being connected to our Chromebooks and laptops and cell phones can leave us feeling overwhelmed!  So many links and assignments!  So much time in front of our screens can make our eyes go buggy!  Your School Counselors and PE/Health/Meta Teachers worked together to create this space for you to tap into some FUN AND HEALTHY KID BREAKS!  

Let's find some moments of peace.  Let's take a deep breath.  Let's detach from the world of assignments and find some quiet space.  Check out the links and resources below.  Try something new!  Share with us!  When you're feeling overwhelmed or need a moment's peace, what do you do?  Listen to music?  Go for a walk or a run?  Break out some paper and paint or draw?  Let us know what works for you!  Maybe you have something to share that could help a friend!
